Suitable candidates should be capable of generating and closing their own leads. The position of Marketing Executive is commission only and may be worked full or part time. We offer a 25% commission of all gross sales and re-sales generated by our Marketing Executives.

These positions are home based. Natural Earth Media will provide advertising advice, a work email account and in-house payment processing. Freelance Marketing Executives will be paid monthly or at pre-agreed commission trigger values.

Natural Earth Media is currently looking for freelance Sales / Marketing / Advertising TERRITORY LEADERS, people who ideally (though not limited to) have experience in b2b advertising. These are international opportunities and every country is a prospective territory.

Key Responsibilities:

+++ Co-manages (along with National Marketing Manager) local Marketing Executives, ensuring that the Marketing Executives execute on individual and team goals as well as comply with Natural-Earth.com's Marketing's policies and procedures.

+++ Serves as the team's expert for all Natural-Earth.com's Marketing's
sales support systems, including account management, and identifying Marketing and systems issues to quickly resolve any and all such issues.

+++ Articulates team's needs to National Marketing Manager and Technology Operations.

+++ Proactively upsells high-value clients

+++ Resolves escalated client cases

+++ Oversees accurate and timely sales reporting process

+++ Assist in the recruiting, hiring and training of Marketing Executives

+++ Represents inside sales team on company-wide cross functional projects

+++ Is proactive in local and State promotion of Natural-Earth.com

Skills/Qualifications:

+++ 3 or more years total sales experience; advertising sales experience preferred
1 or more years experience directly managing a fast-paced, quality-focused, telesales or customer service organisation

+++ Proven history of managing a team to successfully attain or exceed aggressive quotas

+++ Ability to work towards common goals in a group sales environment

+++ Solid understanding of the Internet is required

+++ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

+++ A bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred but not essential

+++ Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills

+++ Outstanding leadership skills, including lead by example management style

+++ Competent computer skills including solid knowledge of spreadsheets (Excel), word processing (MS Word), and databases systems.

The position of Marketing Executive is commission only. We offer a 10% commission of all gross sales and re-sales generated by the team of Local Marketing Executives under your supervision in your State.
