Welcome to Bach Flower Therapy at Natural Earth

Bach Flower Therapy is a form of natural health and healing therapy that aims to promote natural health- it is considered an alternative and natural treatment used to enhance a happy and healthy lifestyle.

What are Bach Flower remedies ?

Dr Edward Bach identified 38 different emotional states or conditions that could be alleviated / remedied with the use of a particular flower tincture. Extracts are available of all the 38 flower remedies plus the famous 'rescue remedy' which is a hybrid mix of 5 different remedies - Cherry Plum, Clematis, Impatiens, Rock Rose and Star of Bethlehem, This 'rescue remedy' is used as an aid in coping with any particularly stressful or demanding situation such as examinations, tests, interviews, court appearances etc.

What does treatment involve ?

First one identifies the particullar condition to be treated and using a chart similar to the one on the left, selects the relevant Bach Flower Remedy.

These remedies are available as bottled extracts and tinctures. The normal mehod of treatment is to imbibe a glass of water into which a few drops of the relevant tincture has been added. In some circumstances a few drops may be applied directly to the tongue. Full instrctions come with each extract.
